As Style Squared we have pioneered a unique set of wellness and team building sessions promoting the concepts of mental health, positive self-perception and body positive thinking to educate, empower and motivate individuals to look and feel confident in the workplace.

We started our challenge with Aldona's Morning Practice - from meditation, gratitude to oracle cards, she shared a few of her habits that keep her grounded and in a positive mindframe. Aldona B - Morning Practice
My morning practice is a non-negotiable daily habit that I can’t live without, and this practice is the foundation for my current mental health and ensuring that I stay as grounded and positive as possible, no matter what is happening around me.
I’ve only been home for the past few days, and I’m already struggling with getting dressed in real clothes - I’ve been rocking all of my daily home activities in stretchy pants, with no makeup on. Right now, I’m putting the most focus on the things that I know are great for my mental health, which is my daily morning practice - this includes meditation, a gratitude practice, journal writing, reading inspiring and spiritual books, tarot cards and reciting mantras that remind me that I’m strong and resilient.
Meditation - Calm App is my favourite! I love their daily Calm Meditations, as well as those specific to things like Stress, Anxiety, and of course, the Sleep Stories.
Daily Gratitude - Start Today Journal
Focusing on Gratitude will completely change your mindset - this is one of the simplest yet most powerful practices you can implement on the daily!
Read - The Happiness Book and anything that is positive and inspiring!
